Ted Xenohristos co-founded CAVA, creating the company’s unique, category-defining Mediterranean concept. He created and led the original Cava Mezze full-service restaurants, as well as the company’s packaged dips and spreads business. In 2010, he and his co-founders developed the CAVA fast-casual format, growing the business from a single location to an industry leader with a national footprint. Ted was named Chief Concept Officer in 2018, leads CAVA’s culinary innovation and brand concept work, and continues to advise the company’s board and executive leadership team.
