Brett Schulman co-founded CAVA in 2010 and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. He helped build the company’s consumer packaged goods business, developed CAVA’s fast-casual Mediterranean concept and, in 2023, led work to take CAVA public. Under his leadership, the company has grown to more than 300 restaurants nationwide. Brett was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Snikiddy Snacks, a nationally distributed snack food company, from 2006 to 2010, and previously held financial leadership positions with FBR Securities and Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown. He has a B.A. in Behavioral and Social Sciences from the University of Maryland.
