Rob Bertram joined CAVA as Chief Legal Officer & Secretary in 2021. Previously, he spent seven years as General Counsel & Assistant Secretary for Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings. He practiced law at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC from 2010 to 2014, and was a corporate and securities industry regulatory attorney at the firm of Stevens & Lee from 2001 to 2010. Rob has a B.A. in Economics from Penn State University and a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law School.
